"I recently ordered a pocket watch from Fob & Co as a birthday present for my son. Before ordering the watch, I had some misgivings regarding delivery (in the light of difficulties caused by the pandemic to some suppliers). However, I accepted assurances from Fob & Co, and ordered the watch. It arrived when promised. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the watch, preventing its operation. I contacted Fob & Co and explained the problem. With no argument or fuss, Fob & Co replaced the watch with no further cost to me, which I wouldn't have expected anyway. Neverless, the people I dealt with at Fob & Co were pleasant and helpful, and the problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction. The replacement watch is a delightful timepiece, looking very elegant, and keeping perfect time. I have already started to spread the word amongst my friends and family regarding what a good company Fob & Co is to deal with. I would not hesitate from using their services again.
