Yes absolutely, all of our watches come with a 12-month return to base warranty. If you have any problems with your watch, please fill out our returns form and send it back to the address provided.

Orders over $50 are shipped via standard shipping (7-14 business days) absolutely free, while orders under $50 come with a $9.99 shipping and handling fee.

Express shipping is also available for $14.99 and is shipped every day!

You can track your order by using the tracking number in your confirmation email.  If you didn’t receive this email, please check your spam, and if you still can’t find it, please contact customer support using the form below.

All you need to do to start our return or exchange process is fill out our form which you can find here. Then a customer support team member will reach out to you with the next steps.

If it is one of our Fob & Co branded watches then absolutely, simply return it and let us know what you would like to exchange it for using our exchange form and we’ll get back to you with the details.

If it is a custom made-for-you Classique Swiss watch, please contact us first and we can see if an exchange is possible, although this cannot be guaranteed.
